On an international journey, circumstances may arise that cannot be predicted or controlled: a border crossing may close, an air-raid alert or emergency may occur, queues may increase significantly, roads may be closed, or other restrictions may arise.
In situations like these, we don't leave passengers to deal with the problem alone. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
• adjust the route or choose a different border crossing;
• change the time or location of the border crossing;
• quickly look for another available vehicle;
• arrange a replacement vehicle or driver if necessary;
• reorganise individual stages of the journey;
• stay in touch and coordinate the next steps until the situation is resolved.
We cannot guarantee what is beyond our control. But we can guarantee our response: we'll stay in touch, provide available alternatives and do everything we reasonably can to help your journey continue safely.

In the vast majority of cases, prepayment is not required.

1. We do not require prepayment — the vehicle is provided according to the agreed arrangements.
2. If passengers prefer, we can accept a prepayment as additional confirmation of the booking.
3. In certain cases, prepayment may be required — for example, when a vehicle needs to travel to a remote pick-up location and the transport provider incurs significant costs before the journey begins.

We agree all terms with you in advance — with no unexpected charges or last-minute changes.

Important: be cautious if an unfamiliar transport provider asks for full or substantial prepayment without clear terms and confirmation of the agreed arrangements.
We work differently: in most cases, no prepayment is required. If prepayment is genuinely necessary, we explain the reason, amount and terms in advance.

It is impossible to predict the exact crossing time — it depends on how busy the border crossing is, the required checks and the situation at the border on that particular day.
Our professional drivers and dispatchers also monitor the current situation and, with the passengers' agreement, may change or optimise the route.
That is why, when travelling to airports, train stations or important events, we recommend allowing sufficient extra time and take this into account when planning the route.
